  • MN Air International acts as a visa consultancy and travel service provider.
  • All applications are processed based on government rules, embassy regulations, and third-party requirements.
  • Service timelines may vary depending on embassy processing time, airline availability, and external authorities.
  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information for successful processing.

2. Payment Policy

  • All service-related payments may include visa fees, processing charges, and service charges.
  • Any payment received is used for processing applications and operational costs.
  • The company maintains transparency in all financial transactions.

3. Refund Policy (Important)

🔹 General Refund Rule

If any service is cancelled or not completed, only the unused service cost (after deducting processing and operational expenses) will be refunded.

Refund processing time is typically 6 to 12 months, depending on administrative procedures and third-party settlement timelines.

🔹 Job Visa Policy

  • If an applicant pays an advance for a Job Visa service and the visa is successfully issued:
    • If the client decides not to travel or not to join the job after visa approval, no refund will be provided.
  • Once job placement and visa processing are completed, all related service costs become non-refundable.

🔹 Study Abroad Policy

  • If a student applies for a Study Abroad program and the visa is not approved, the company will refund the advance payment after deducting service and processing costs.
  • Refund will be processed within 6 to 12 months.
  • University application fees, courier charges, and third-party fees are non-refundable.

🔹 Hajj & Umrah Policy

  • If a Hajj or Umrah visa is successfully processed and confirmed:
    • If the client later decides not to travel, no refund will be issued.
  • Once booking, visa processing, or travel arrangements are confirmed, expenses become non-refundable due to third-party commitments (airlines, hotels, Saudi authorities).

4. Service Responsibility

  • MN Air International ensures professional assistance for all visa and travel services.
  • Final approval of visa is always under the discretion of respective embassies or government authorities.
  • We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or policy changes from external authorities.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide valid and accurate documents
  • Follow all instructions provided by our consultants
  • Attend interviews or appointments when required
  • Ensure passport validity and legal eligibility

Incorrect or false information may lead to rejection without refund eligibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

MN Air International is not responsible for:

  • Visa rejection by embassies
  • Flight cancellations or delays
  • Changes in immigration laws or policies
  • Decisions made by foreign authorities

7. Policy Updates

MN Air International reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be updated on this page.
